Great customer service. Nice the company offers a rebuild kit to fix an install I didn`t think the previous owner did a good job on.

Ease of installation	December 19, 2020

2008 Ski doo 800r definitely not 20 minute installation.
Read instructions entirely to familiarize yourself with installation.
Don't tighten set screw until you're completely done.
If one strand of cable breaks it will no longer move freely in housing. Modifications to existing thumb throttle require an above average mechanical ability...in my opinion. Once installed operation was as expected.
