Great customer service. Nice the company offers a rebuild kit to fix an install I didn`t think the previous owner did a good job on. Ordered on a Wed night Christmas week and received the following Tues. Nice job FTI appreciate your product and customer service.

Ease of installation

2008 Ski doo 800r definitely not 20 minute installation. Read instructions entirely to familiarize yourself with installation. Don't tighten set screw until you're completely done. If one strand of cable breaks it will no longer move freely in housing. Modifications to existing thumb throttle require an above average mechanical ability...in my opinion. Once installed operation was as expected.

this kit was great to allow me to replace my bad cable along with refreshing some other parts. Great price too!
